Workflow Templates

Last Updated:

Thursday, February 26, 2026

A set of ready-made workflow configurations covering the most common LinkedIn signal scenarios. Each template is available to import directly from within Teamfluence, giving you a working automation in minutes rather than building from scratch.

Why start with a template

Building a workflow from a blank canvas requires you to know which triggers, filters, and actions to combine before you have seen them work together. Templates remove that barrier. They encode the logic of the most common revenue workflows so you can observe how the pieces connect, then adjust the specifics - ICP filters, campaign names, Slack channels - to match your setup.

Templates also represent quick wins because each one targets a signal that already exists in your LinkedIn activity: profile visits, company page followers, post engagements, new connections. These signals arrive whether or not a workflow is in place. A template ensures no qualified signal goes unoticed from the moment you activate it.

Note on customisation. Every template is a starting point. After importing, review each filter step and update it to reflect your ICP definition, your Slack workspace and channel names, your CRM connection, and the networking campaigns you have already created. A template with default settings will still run - it just may not route leads to the right places until you have reviewed it.

How to import a template

Templates are available from the Workflows section of your workspace. You do not need to configure anything before importing, the full workflow structure is loaded for you to review and edit before activating.

1 - Open Workflows in the sidebar

From your Teamfluence workspace, click Workflows in the side bar.

2 - Select "Create workflow" and name it accordingly

Create a new Workflow and name it.

3 - Click on the 3 dots (⋮) and then Import Template

Import the chosen template to the newly created workspace

4 - Review and configure each step

Click any node to edit its settings. At a minimum, confirm your ICP filter, the campaign or destination selected in action steps, and any Slack or CRM connection references. See Networking Campaigns and How to connect Slack if these are not yet set up.

5 - Activate the workflow

Toggle the workflow from Draft to Active. It will now run against all matching new events going forward.

Template reference

Six templates are available. Each entry below describes what the workflow does, when to use it, and the full step-by-step logic so you know exactly what will run before you activate it.

Template 1

Prospects - Email Enrichment

Prospects already in Teamfluence often lack a verified email address, which limits your ability to run outbound sequences outside of LinkedIn. This template automates email enrichment as soon as a new prospect appears, so your records are complete without manual lookups.

When to use: Use this template if you run email sequences in parallel with LinkedIn outreach and want to ensure every new prospect has a verified email address on record automatically.

Template 2

New Lead - ICP Routing to DM or Network Campaign

Not every new lead deserves the same response. This template qualifies a lead against your ICP the moment they enter the system and then routes them based on whether you are already connected. ICP matches who are connected receive a direct message immediately. Those you are not yet connected with are added to a networking campaign, so a connection request goes out first.

TrueSend DM

When to use: Best suited for teams tracking inbound LinkedIn signals across multiple sources (post engagement, profile visits, company follows) who want a single workflow to handle qualification and first-touch outreach.

Template 3

New Company Page Follower - Thank You DM or Network Campaign

Someone following your company page has expressed intent. This template checks whether that person matches your ICP and, if they do, either sends a personalised thank-you message (if connected) or starts the process of connecting with them through a networking campaign (if not yet connected). Responding to company followers is a high-yield action that most teams miss because it requires a manual step this workflow eliminates.

FalseAdd to Network Campaign

Download Template 3:

When to use: Use this if your company page is actively generating followers and you want to convert that brand interest into direct conversations without manually reviewing the follower list.

Template 4

New Engagement from Existing Lead - CRM Sync or Slack Alert

When a lead you are already tracking engages with your content again, that is a high intent signal. This template catches that moment, confirms the lead matches your ICP, enriches their email for follow-up readiness, and then routes them: ICP matches get synced to your CRM so the record is updated and your sales team is aware; ICP engagements that were not email enriched are routed to Slack for Teams visibility and other outbound options.

TrueSync to CRM

FalseSend to Slack

Download Template 4:

When to use: Recommended for teams with an active CRM integration who want engagement signals from existing leads to automatically update pipeline records. Requires the CRM integration to be configured and Slack connected.

Template 5

New Lead - ABM, Email Enrichment, CRM Sync and Slack Alert

This is the most complete new-lead workflow. It filters against both ICP criteria and your ABM account list, enriches the email for multi-channel outreach, syncs the record to your CRM, and posts a Slack notification so the relevant team member can act immediately. It is designed for teams running account-based plays where a new lead at a target account should trigger an immediate cross-functional response.

When to use: Use this template when you have an ABM account list uploaded, a CRM integration active, and Slack connected. It is the highest-signal workflow for teams running structured account-based outreach.

Template 6

New Profile Visit - ICP Routing to DM or Network Campaign

A profile visit is one of the clearest buying signals on LinkedIn: someone looked you up. This template identifies which profile visitors match your ICP and then acts based on connection status. Connected ICP visitors receive a direct message while you are still top of mind. Unconnected ICP visitors are added to a networking campaign so a connection request goes out promptly.

When to use: A good first workflow for teams new to automation. Profile visits are available in all LinkedIn plans (with limitations for free users) and provide a steady stream of intent signals to work with.
