Get certified in two simple phases

The goal is simple: you should be able to sell, set up, and support Teamfluence without us in the room. Certification takes one to two weeks and runs in two phases.

FAQs

How is the Certified Partner Program different from the Affiliate Program?

The Affiliate Program is open to anyone and pays 15% commission from the first referral with no minimum. The Certified Partner Program is for agencies and consultants who sell and implement Teamfluence for clients. It pays 20% commission (after 3 closings) and includes marketplace listing, a 50% lifetime agency workspace discount, dedicated Slack access, priority support, early feature access, and the certified partner badge.

How long does certification take?

Certification runs in two phases. Phase 1 is self-paced async training via the Teamfluence Academy, which typically takes 1 to 2 hours. Phase 2 is a 60-minute live call with the Teamfluence team. Most partners complete both phases within one to two weeks.

What do I get on completion of certification?

On completing the live certification call you receive the Certified Partner badge, which you can use on LinkedIn, in proposals, and in client-facing materials. Your agency is also listed on the Teamfluence marketplace as a Certifed Partner.

When does the 20% commission activate?

Commission activates after you have closed 3 paying clients through your partner link. Commissions are paid quarterly by invoice and managed in the affiliate portal.
