How can we help?

Pulse captures every LinkedIn signal across your team and puts it within reach of the tools you already use, including Claude and ChatGPT. This guide takes you from your first login to your first real answer pulled straight from your own LinkedIn data.
What you will learn
See your People. Every signal your team creates on LinkedIn lands in one place. Send signals to your AI agent. Connect Claude or ChatGPT and ask your data a question in plain English. Widen your sources. Track more people, posts, keywords, and influencers so the signal keeps flowing.
Before you start
You need a Pulse workspace with at least one LinkedIn account connected. If you have not done that yet, follow How to set up your Pulse workspace first, then come back here.
What's next
You have seen your signals, sent them to your AI agent, and widened your sources. From here:
→ LinkedIn MonitoringLinkedIn Monitoring is where Pulse collects every signal from LinkedIn and shows you who is paying attention to your team. It has four areas. Three of them are sources you set up, and the fourth is where everything comes together.
People
The home base. Everyone who has interacted with you or your team appears here as a single record, with who they are, where they work, and how the relationship started. Signals from every other area land here too.
Posts
Track any public LinkedIn post to capture everyone who reacts to it or comments on it. The post does not have to be yours, so you can follow engagement on a competitor's post or an industry conversation.
Influencers
Follow specific LinkedIn profiles to see what they post and who engages with them. Useful for keeping tabs on the people who move your market.
Keywords
Follow the topics that matter to you so relevant posts surface on their own, without you searching for them.
How they fit together
Posts, Influencers, and Keywords are sources you choose. People is where their signals collect, alongside profile and company page activity. From there, you can send any of it to Claude, ChatGPT, or your other tools through the API and webhooks.
→ Signal ProcessingLinkedIn Monitoring is where Pulse collects your signals. Signal Processing is where you put them to work. In this section you can review everything Pulse has captured, ask AI agents questions about your leads, and send signals out to the rest of your tools.
What you will learn
Signal Logs
A running log of every signal your workspace collects. Use it to see what Pulse is capturing in real time and to confirm your signals are flowing.
API Keys
Create and manage the keys that connect Pulse to your AI agents and anything else you build on the API.
Webhooks
Push signals to your other tools the moment they happen, for example Clay, n8n, Zapier, or your CRM.
AI Testing
Ask questions about your LinkedIn leads right inside Pulse, using a built-in connection to AI agents like Claude and ChatGPT.
How they fit together
Signals flow in from LinkedIn Monitoring. From here you can read them in Signal Logs, ask an AI agent about them in AI Testing, or route them anywhere through the API and webhooks.
