Shape the Teamfluence roadmap by sharing what you need. We ❤️ your ideas and suggestions!
Teamfluence maintains a public roadmap and a feature request board. You can submit new ideas, vote on requests from other users, and track what is being worked on — all without needing to contact support.
Where to submit
You can submit a feature request in two ways:
Directly at teamfluence.sleekplan.app
From within the platform via the Help menu

The full roadmap and changelog are also publicly available.

How to write a useful request
The more context you give, the easier it is for the team to understand the need and prioritize accordingly. A well-structured request includes three things:
- Who you are (your role)
- What you want to do (the goal)
- Why it matters (the reason)
Example:
| As a sales manager, I want to reassign target accounts from one team member to another directly in the platform so that I do not have to delete and re-upload account lists when territories change.
This format - "as a [role], I want [goal] so that [reason]" - gives the team everything needed to evaluate the request.
Voting on existing requests
Before submitting, check whether a similar request already exists. If it does, voting on it is more effective than creating a duplicate - it signals demand and helps prioritize faster.
What happens after you submit
The roadmap is public, so you can follow the status of your request over time. Requests move through stages as the team reviews and plans them. You will be notified if the status of a request you submitted or voted on changes.
