What is it? How is it calculated?
What is a connection?
A connection is a person that is a first degree Linkedin connection to at least one of your team members.
How is connection strength calculated?
The strength of the connection is calculated by the number of team members who have a 1st degree connection to that person on Linkedin.
1 team member connected = weak connection
2 team member connected = medium connection
3 or more team member connected = strong connection
