How to explain the feature request

When you want to suggest a new feature for our platform, think about it from your point of view.

• What type of user are you (which role?)

• What is the goal you want to achieve with that feature?

• Why do you want that?

Say who you are (like a sales rep, a team leader, a social media manager) and what you want to do (the goal). Then, explain why you want it (the reason).

For example:

As a team leader, I want the ability to customize my dashboard layout so that I can prioritize the information most relevant to me and enhance my productivity
